Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipment notification email (with tracking number) once it ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Shipping Delays & Exceptions
Customs & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at velianoroffical@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
